We are seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our agricultural, construction, and turf equipment sales division. What You'll Do

As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in dealership success by overseeing all aspects of equipment sales operations and team performance.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of equipment sales professionals
  • Drive new and used equipment sales to meet and exceed revenue goals
  • Build strong relationships with farmers, contractors, municipalities, golf courses, and landscaping professionals
  • Develop strategic inventory, pricing, and aged equipment plans
  • Collaborate with parts and service departments to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to shape sales strategies
  • Oversee sales floor presentation, merchandising, and lot organization
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for leadership
  • Represent the dealership at trade shows, farm expos, and community events

What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in agricultural, construction, or turf equipment sales
  • Previous sales management or leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of equipment markets and seasonal customer needs
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented mindset
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
