Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with a strong floor presence and attention to detail
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues quickly
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a high-performing service team
• Maintain service, food quality, and sanitation standards
• Manage inventory, labor, and shift efficiency
• Collaborate with kitchen leadership on quality and execution
• Lead by example in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and stay organized
• Knowledge of POS systems, food safety, and service standards
• Passion for hospitality, food, and beverage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
