Core Duties

  • Provide leadership and support to the HR team.

  • Execute disciplinary processes and staff separations in alignment with company policy.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic staffing, talent acquisition, and HR initiatives.
  • Design and structure comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for the workforce.
  • Track and analyze data related to workforce trends and succession planning.
  • Supply management with necessary documentation and analytical reports.
  • Facilitate the onboarding and training process for incoming personnel.
  • Oversee payroll administration, accounting for seasonal staffing, flexible hours, and overtime.
  • Ensure all human resources activities remain in full compliance with relevant legal standards.
  • Partner with plant leadership to identify organizational challenges and implement effective solutions that address root causes.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from initial job postings to final onboarding.
  • Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by ensuring strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
  • Strong grasp of wage and employment legislation.
  • At least three years of experience in an HR management capacity is preferred.
  • Oversee and administer the division’s financial budget.
  • Demonstrated expertise in labor law.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP is preferred.
  • Ensure the organization remains in compliance with all local, state, and federal employment regulations.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee relations, organizational development, compensation, training, and performance management.
  • Proficiency in standard office software, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
