ERP Systems Analyst (Oracle Financials) – Hybrid

Location: Knoxville, TN (Hybrid – local candidates required)
Employment Type: W2 Contract (12 months with potential for extension or conversion)

Overview

We are partnering with a client undergoing enterprise modernization and are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst with a strong background in Oracle Financials, ideally Oracle Fusion. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, supporting key initiatives across finance and supply chain. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solution designs, and contribute to system and integration enhancements. This is a great opportunity for someone who is comfortable working independently, understands end-to-end project delivery, and can translate complex business needs into structured, well-documented solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable solution designs
• Develop and maintain key documentation, including:
• Solution design documents
• Current-state and future-state process flows
• Key decision and architecture documentation
• Support enterprise modernization initiatives, including CPG-focused programs such as HFA Oasis and technology sourcing efforts
• Provide analysis and support for Oracle ERP systems, particularly financial modules and integrations
• Work cross-functionally to deliver project outcomes while operating with a high degree of autonomy
• Participate in Agile/Scrum or traditional project environments as needed

Required Qualifications

• Experience as an ERP Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Strong experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements
• Proven ability to create solution design documentation and process flows (current and future state)
• Solid understanding of the full project lifecycle from requirements through implementation
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials
• Experience with Oracle ERP integrations
• Experience supporting ERP modernization or transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials
• Background supporting financial modules, including:
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• General Ledger (GL)
• Experience with financial system integrations across enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with supply chain processes
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
