Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of electrical construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Oversee high-rise construction projects, ensuring coordination with general contractors, subcontractors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost controls
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to clients and senior management
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards
- Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment
- Mentor and support field staff, foremen, and junior project managers
Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical construction project management
- Proven experience managing high-rise or large-scale commercial construction projects $500k - $20M
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, construction processes, and project management principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Experience with project management software and scheduling tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Experience working in the Chicago market
- Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
