Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position: W2 with benefits
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year (hourly or salaried | full-time or part-time).
Location: Maricopa, AZ and Greater Phoenix
Work Style: Hybrid in client homes for supervision with 2-3 days remote each week (depending on caseload).

Compensation:
· Base Salary: $90,000 – $110,000/year (based on experience, location, and credentials)
· Performance Bonus Opportunities (monthly or quarterly based on caseload management, clinical quality, and documentation timeliness)

Job Responsibilities:
· Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
· Supervise and support RBTs
· Monitor client progress and adjust programming
· Maintain timely documentation and reports
· Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications:
· Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
· Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder
· Strong clinical and leadership skills
